Erin Bowling, M.Ed, LPCC

Hi I’m Erin. I help people create pathways to work through anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and life stresses. You might describe feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, and just “stuck,” not able to live life with purpose and happiness. Maybe you have tried everything to make changes and nothing seems to be working.  Together we can work to share and develop ways to make changes and meet goals in a safe, nonjudgmental space. We will work to get things back on a positive track, and bring about changes in behavior, stronger relationships, better communication, and healing.

I treat individuals across the lifespan struggling with various challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, and PTSD. I use various modalities including DBT, EMDR, REBT, Solution-Focused, and Play Therapy.
